Product Introduction
Backflex is one type of through-the-weave TPE-P covered hose which is made of TPE-P materials approved according to NSF 61 standard.
Backflex hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity virgin synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the TPE-P compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type.
Backflex performs excellently in age-resistance. It is theoretically supposed to be used for 30-50 years.
Backflex is a press-flat hose and can keep round shape under the condition of no pressure. Backflex hoses can be pressed flat and can be easily laid down and retrieved as layflat hoses.
